Norwesters Alpine Club (NAC)

For over 35 years, NAC has been training racers and organising race events at Loch Lomond. We are a volunteer club with a proud history and a strong commitment to the development of champions. We offer a variety of race programs for skiers of all ages. All programs are staffed by Canadian Ski Coaches Federation trained ski professionals. In addition to race training, NAC will be hosting many race events this year such as the LSDA FunDay, Loch Lomond Club Championships, and much more. There is a lot going on at Loch Lomond this year. Thunder Bay Senior Ski Association (TBSSA)

The Ski Haus Senior Circuit is a recreational ski racing series which is offered by the Thunder Bay Senior Ski Association (TBSSA) to ski enthusiasts 18 years of age and older. This unique league is the only one of its kind in Canada. Races are Giant Slalom format, and each racer scores points to assist their team. Races are geared towards skiers of all abilities. There are four categories: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Point totals are the same value for each category. So whether you think you are a speedster or a slow poke, each racer is valuable to their team. There are 10 regular races per year with a dual race for the final event. Trophies and medals are awarded at the end of the season for the winning teams and the top three racers in each category. An AOA waiver must be completed prior to racing - no exceptions. AOA - online login & waiver . Alpine ski racing helmets are mandatory. Costs: $220.00 regular fee or only $120.00 for students with a valid student's card. Each racer is responsible for the cost of their own lift tickets. The Ski Haus will give all racers two-for-one ski tuning! TBFAST in a innovative club, that supported and inspired athletes to succeed at their best capacity We offer an high performance racing program in an environment where all athletes, parents, and other members of the ski club are welcomed and respected. This club is mainly base out of Lutsen and participate in the USSA Region 1 Racing Circuit. Our coaches are highly qualified and offers services in French.
